If you look below the picture, "I own the rights to this title and would like to make it available again through Amazon." Has amazon been blocked off? It seems like something is really wrong with this page, with the serious typos in the description, the non-sold book, and no kindle edition, especially when the UK website seems to be selling it just fine. I’ve wanted to buy the book through Amazon Kindle, but I’ve noticed that even the book itself isn’t even sold on Amazon!
